  • Activity data: We log your account logins, deposits, withdrawals, gaming activity (live scores, Liga 1 coverage, esports betting, slot games, live-dealer tables), and chat interactions. This helps us detect fraud, resolve disputes, and improve our platform on taipan.

We also collect technical data — your device type (Android or iOS), IP address, browser type, and network connection details — to optimise platform performance and security.

These providers host taipan's platform, store your account data, and process your gaming activity. They are bound by data-protection agreements and access your data only to provide these services.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers. We do not share your name, email, or phone number with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and Tracking on taipan

We use cookies and similar technologies on taipan to:

  • Keep you logged in across sessions on your device.
  • Remember your preferences (language, notification settings, payment method).

Account activity logs (logins, deposits, withdrawals, gaming history) are retained for the same period. Payment method references are deleted once you remove a payment method from your taipan account, though transaction records linking to that method are retained for compliance purposes.

Your Rights Regarding Your Data on taipan

You have the right to access, correct, and, in some cases, delete your personal data on taipan. To exercise these rights, contact our support team with your account email and a clear request. We will respond within ten business days.

We do not charge fees for these requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive. We will not use your data-access request as grounds to restrict your account or services on taipan.
